Travel Photos, Journals, and Creative Process
This blog is where photography and reflection come together. It’s a space for documenting travel through southern Oregon, sharing some of the creative process, and writing about what it’s like to explore the Pacific Northwest with a camera.
Some posts focus on specific locations, including lesser-known trails, backroads, and outdoor spaces. Others are personal journals that capture the slower moments of travel, the challenges of working creatively, and the decisions behind certain images.
More Than Just Travel Images
Photography doesn’t exist in a vacuum. This blog adds context to the images by sharing why certain places matter, how conditions shaped a shot, or what didn’t go as planned. It’s meant to inspire people to get off their phones and get outside. I want to encourage you to travel without the pressure of perfection, just get out and have fun!
Free, Ongoing Content
Everything here is shared openly. The goal is to build a growing archive of Pacific Northwest photography, travel experiences, and practical insights. If you’re interested in hidden gems, process-driven work, or thoughtful exploration, this space is built for that.
While most of this is primarily a free educational platform, I also offer focused services designed to support the project. This space was created through experimentation, failure, and rebuilding. Everything shared here comes from lived experience.
If this space resonates with you, there are many ways to stay connected. You can explore the blog for free content, subscribe to the newsletter for ongoing support, follow along on YouTube or social media, or support the project through products and sponsorships. However you engage, you are welcome here without expectation or pressure.
